Dr. Yagnik trained in some of the most demanding surgical environments before bringing that experience to Pinnacle Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, a Level I trauma center, where he was named senior chief resident, then spent five years as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Cooper University Hospital, directing the Cooper Center of Implantology.
That background shapes how he practices today. Rather than moving straight to treatment, Dr. Yagnik takes time to understand each patient’s history and concerns first, building a plan around the person in front of him rather than a standard protocol.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a distinction held by only a small number of oral surgeons nationwide.

Dr. Yagnik’s approach combines clinical training at a Level I trauma center with a straightforward, unhurried communication style. Many patients come in anxious about oral surgery, and his goal is to make sure they understand what’s happening and why before moving forward with any procedure.
Patients who are anxious before surgery need more than reassurance, they need clarity. Dr. Yagnik takes the time to walk through what to expect, answers questions directly, and stays in communication with referring dentists so everyone involved is aligned on the plan.
Dr. Yagnik’s clinical background includes published research and presentations on oral and maxillofacial surgery topics, including work presented at the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons’ annual meeting.
